We hope there's no need to return any order - but if there is - any package eligible for returns must be contact us through the Contact Us page or at admin@medicalsupplyestore.com

Please DO NOT return any packages to any other address on the return label (they'll just be confused!)

If the package is damaged in shipment (how could they?!)

The item MUST be brand-new, unopened and unused. Be sure to tell us your order number so we can check our records.

within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Be sure to tell us your order number so we can check our records.

If you ordered the wrong item (how could you?!)

within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The item MUST be brand-new, unopened and unused. Be sure to tell us your order number so we can check our records. While we may be able to refund your purchase price for store credit, we will be unable to refund any shipping charges. We may not be able to refund your purchase price if your purchase was a special order.
